  • Participants must submit documents of affiliation issued by respective institutions of employment or education to be able to enjoy the above prices.
  • The above given attendance fees will apply only to those participants residing in TRNC who are not willing to accommodate at the hotel.
  • The above given attendance fees include registration and external attendance.
GROUP TRANSFER FEEs

  • The above prices apply to group transfer services to be delivered at arrivals on 5 February and departures on 8 February.
  • Please contact the Congress Secretariat for any transfer requests on other dates.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND PROCEDURES

Any request for cancellation of bookings must be through e-mail messages to the congress MICE agency at the address cisef@figur.net.Cancellation requests not notified by e-mail will not be processed.

  • In cancellations processed until 26 December 2025 registration, accommodation and transfer fees will be returned in full.
  • In cancellations processed until 2 January, registration and transfer fees will be returned in full but accommodation only up to 50%.
  • Refunds will not be possible in cancellations requested after 2 January.
